One installer, one launcher. The launcher keeps the game up to date and starts it for you.
The core team and a few selected players are testing the game. You can already install the client below: accounts open with the private beta, so join the waiting list to ask for a place.

Accounts open with the private beta. Join the waiting list: we'll write to you with your invitation, then you log in through the launcher.
It puts Narion in its own folder and adds a desktop shortcut. Windows asks for permission once: the launcher needs it to update the game.
It downloads anything new, then lights up START GAME. Always play through it. The game does not start on its own.
Shinsoo, Chunjo or Jinno. This is permanent, and it decides who you can talk to and who you can kill.
