Short list, enforced consistently. That is the whole policy.
Speed hacks, packet editing, macro bots and duped items get the account blocked. We do not negotiate about it, and we do not care how much you have donated. Nothing here is bought with money anyway.
If you find something that gives infinite yang or duplicates items, tell a game master. Report it and keep playing. Farm it and lose the account.
Sharing a password is how accounts get emptied. Staff will never ask for it. Set a storage password and a deletion code from the panel and you will be fine.
Player-to-player deals gone wrong are not restored. Use the trade window, not 'drop it and I will pick it up'.
Spam, slurs and advertising other servers get you muted, then blocked. Arguing in shout is not a strategy.
Alt accounts are fine. Using them to dodge a block or to fake the numbers is not. A block covers every account behind it.
Rule enforcement does not have a paying tier. A donor who dupes gets the same block as anyone else, and we would rather lose the donation than the server's credibility.
Getting killed by another player, repeatedly, in an open field is the game working. Bring friends, bring a guild, or bring a better build. Harassment in chat is a different matter and is handled under the chat rule.
